Residents protect themselves from the cold in Campinas (SP) Reproduction/EPTV A cold air mass is expected to cause a sharp drop in temperatures in the region of Campinas (SP) between the early hours of this Tuesday (14) and Thursday (16). An alert issued by the Civil Defense of the State of São Paulo predicts minimum temperatures of up to 8°C. The Center for Meteorological and Climate Research Applied to Agriculture (Cepagri) explains that the drop in temperatures is due to a mass of cold and dry air that advances over the state. The phenomenon favors colder mornings, especially in the interior of São Paulo. Meteorologists' recommendation is to dress warmly and take extra precautions against exposure to the cold, especially during the early hours of the morning. The forecast indicates that temperatures should gradually rise from Thursday (16), reducing the intensity of the cold. ? Forecast for the next few days According to Cepagri, Tuesday should be mostly sunny and there is no forecast of rain in Campinas. The maximum temperature should be around 21°C, but the minimum should drop to around 9°C during the early hours of the morning and in the early hours of the morning. The weather should remain stable on Wednesday (15), with clear skies and no rain forecast. Thermometers must read a maximum of 23°C and a minimum of close to 10°C.
