Man dies after suffering an electric shock during renovation in Belém TV Liberal A man died after suffering an electrical shock while working on the renovation of a residence in the Pedreira neighborhood, in Belém, on Monday morning (13). The accident occurred on Rua Estrela, between Rua Nova and Canal do Galo. According to witnesses, the victim was working on the third floor of the property when he came into contact with the electrical wiring and received the discharge. The circumstances of the accident are still to be determined. In a statement, Equatorial Pará regretted what happened and reported that it sent a technical team to the site to check the situation and adopt the necessary measures to guarantee the safety of the population. The distributor stated that the causes of the accident will be investigated by the authorities and expressed solidarity with the victim's family.
