According to the incident report, military police reported that he had pointed a firearm at the team during an approach. According to Civil Police records, two military police officers were patrolling when they saw a car stopped on the public road, with its headlights on and the driver's window open. As they approached, one of the agents claimed to have seen the vehicle's occupant point a gun at the vehicle. Ammunition of different calibers and a crowbar were also collected, which will be submitted for forensic examination. The Civil Police requested an inspection of the location, the weapons seized and the weapons used by the military police. A necroscopic examination was also requested from the Legal Medical Institute (IML).
