Free training courses from Moeda Social Macaíba Arte Social Comunicação With the aim of boosting small local businesses, encouraging entrepreneurship and promoting financial education, the Executive Secretariat for Solidarity Economy is holding a new round of free training courses from Moeda Social Macaíba. The meetings take place in digital format from July 21st to 24th, always starting at 7pm. Interested parties can follow the live broadcasts on their computer or cell phone and guarantee their place by registering through the website. Workshop Schedule Tuesday (21/07) | Sales and Negotiation Focus: Essential commercial techniques, argumentation strategies, overcoming objections and customer loyalty. The content demonstrates the impact of a strategic approach to business growth and the circulation of the local economy. Wednesday (22/07) | WhatsApp Business Focus: Practical and free use of the platform's resources. Students will learn how to structure customer service, configure automated messages, assemble product catalogs and streamline daily contact to optimize working time. Thursday (23/07) | Instagram that Sells Focus: Transformation of the social network into an active business showcase. Practical concepts will be taught about feed, structured bio, intelligent use of hashtags and production of content aimed at converting followers into buyers. Friday (24/07) | Organization and Finance Focus: Simple and practical financial management. The training will address cash flow control (inflows and outflows), budget planning and resource management, ensuring greater sustainability for small businesses. Target Audience and Objectives of the Initiative The workshops are open to the entire population interested in entrepreneurship, including Macaíba Social Currency beneficiaries and traders accredited to the program who seek new knowledge to better manage their businesses. The initiative was structured to expand access to technical knowledge and strengthen regional entrepreneurship. What is Macaíba Social Currency? This initiative is a pillar of the Program to Combat Poverty and Inequalities, developed by the Executive Secretariat for Solidarity Economy. The financial benefit is paid to registered families, who use the digital currency to consume in commerce in the region. The financial flow directly benefits bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, service providers and various registered local establishments, increasing the population's purchasing power and boosting the internal economy.
