First LGBT+ Parade in Mogi das Cruzes Reproduction / Jorge Beraldo The 8th LGBT+ Parade in Mogi das Cruzes takes place this Sunday (26th), starting at 1pm, in front of the Mogi das Cruzes Forum. ???? This year, the theme of the Parade is “Without rights there is no pride: for citizenship, respect and public policies for the LGBTQIA+ population”. ? The gathering starts at 12pm, in front of the Mogi das Cruzes Forum. The Parade starts at 1pm, with a walk to Avenida Cívica, where the attractions continue until 10pm. LGBT+ collectives from Alto Tietê point out challenges despite advances in rights. The main attraction of this edition is the singer MC Trans. Also performing are AllyBee Rios, Viih Banks, Escarlate Drag, Ludmila Cover and Rilary Love. The event is presented by drag queens Antoinette Salt and Kimberly Fly. According to the Organizing Committee, the expectation is to bring together around 3 thousand people throughout the program. "It is important to highlight that the Parade is an event for all families. All people are welcome. Our objective is to celebrate diversity, promote respect and show that this is a space for coexistence, inclusion and citizenship", says Gustavo Don, president of the Mogiano LGBT+ Forum.
