Unsolved cases More than a year after the murder of Yara Paulino da Silva, aged 28, the case remains surrounded by gaps. The young woman was killed in March 2025, in the Cidade do Povo Housing Complex, in Rio Branco, accused of having killed her 2-month-old daughter, since then the case has been unsolved. Another case was that of Daniel Oliveira da Costa, 26 years old, who was shot dead in November last year on Rua Peru, in the Baixada da Habitasa neighborhood, in Rio Branco. Finally, Clebeson Oliveira Portela, 37 years old, was killed with around 15 shots inside his own house in the early hours of November 19th in Ramal do Zezé, Belo Jardim II neighborhood, in Rio Branco.
