According to the PM, residents noticed a large concentration of flies on the property's balcony. To g1, a resident, who asked not to be identified, said that he was the one who found Hélio's body, who also lived in the property. He last saw the lawyer on Sunday morning (5). "He always stopped by and talked to everyone, so I missed him that Monday (6), that's when my father said he noticed a bad smell and we went there to get into the apartment. He lived alone, his closest family member lives in Rio Branco and his parents live in São Paulo", said the resident.
