Grupo Mirante defines calendar of interviews with candidates for senator, governor and vice-president in MA Isabelle Ribeiro/Grupo Mirante Grupo Mirante defined, this Thursday (6), the calendar of interviews with candidates for the Government and Senate for Maranhão in the 2026 Elections. And, for the first time, there will be interviews with candidates for vice-governor. The meeting was held with representatives of each candidate at the headquarters of TV Mirante, in São Luís. The definition of interview agendas is part of the 2026 election coverage. The interviews with the candidates will be broadcast by vehicles linked to Grupo Mirante: Imirante, Mirante FM, Mirante News FM and TV Mirante. The order of each interview, with the times, days and vehicles in which it will be broadcast, was defined by draw, in the presence of the representatives. At the end of the meeting, all candidates signed the form agreeing to the interview rules. The interviews will take place on the programs Ponto Final, Abrindo o Verbo and Panorama. Interviews with government candidates will be held at Ponto Final, between the 10th and 18th of August, lasting one hour. See the order below: Interviews at Ponto Final from 8am to 9am - Government Interviews with candidates for the Senate will be held at Abrindo o Verbo, between August 19th and September 2nd, lasting 30 minutes. See the order below: Interviews at Abrindo o Verbo from 2pm to 2:30pm - senator Interviews with candidates for vice-governor will be held at Panorama, between the 17th and 25th of September, lasting 30 minutes. See the order below: Interviews on Panorama from 8am to 8:30am - vice-governor In a possible second round, the interviews will be held on October 12th and 13th, on the Ponto Final program, lasting one hour. Mirante FM On Rádio Mirante FM, interviews will be held with candidates for governor and senator. The interviews will take place from August 20th to 28th, on the Jornal da Mira program, lasting 20 minutes (12pm to 12:20pm). See the order below: Interviews in Jornal da Mira - governor Interviews in Jornal da Mira - senator In a possible second round, the interviews will be held in Jornal da Mira, on October 19th and 20th, lasting 20 minutes. Portal Imirante At Portal Imirante, hearings will be held with candidates for the government and the Senate. The interview with government candidates will be held from August 20th to 28th, lasting one hour. See the order below: Meeting at Portal Imirante - governor The hearings with candidates for the Senate will be held from September 3rd to 21st, lasting one hour. See the order below: Sabatina no Portal Imirante - senator In a possible second round, the hearings will be held on the 12th and 13th of September, also lasting one hour. Imirante will also hold a debate with all candidates on September 3rd, at 8:30 pm. If there is a second round, the debate will take place on October 8, also at 8:30 pm. TV Mirante TV Mirante will conduct interviews with candidates for government and the Senate. At Bom Dia Mirante, interviews will be held with candidates for the Senate between the 14th and 28th of September, lasting 15 minutes each. JMTV 1st Edition will conduct interviews with candidates for governor from September 14th to 21st, lasting 30 minutes. In a possible second round, interviews with government candidates will be held on JMTV 2nd Edition, on October 15th and 16th. The first round debate is scheduled for September 29th and, if there is a second round, it will be held on October 22nd.
