The ruling also highlighted problems in the medical record, such as inconsistent records and the absence of important information about the clinical evolution and physical examinations carried out during hospitalization. The decision was signed by judges Juliana Campos Horta and Marcelo Rodrigues, in addition to magistrate Marcelo Paulo Salgado. The names of the doctors who treated the patient were not disclosed.
