In a statement to the Civil Police, Murilo said he had consumed approximately two beers around 10pm on Saturday (18), at a party in Santos (SP). He highlighted that he remained at the event for several hours, consuming water and waiting long enough before returning to Guarujá. Murilo added that he believed he was already able to drive when he was leaving the party on Sunday morning and his friend Daniella asked for a ride because she lived close to his house.
