How the service works To use the system, the user must access the Detran-RO website and enter the Service Center. Payment can be made by digital means, such as Pix, which can speed up compensation and the release of the next steps. With the fees paid, the vehicle is released to continue to the plate stamping. The deadline depends on confirmation of payments of taxes and fees linked to registration, such as IPVA and other charges, when applicable. Who can use it The service is intended for new vehicles purchased at dealerships located in Rondônia, such as cars, trucks, pickup trucks and motorcycles. The invoice must have been issued recently, within the deadline established by the system, and the vehicle must be for private use. Some situations still cannot be completed completely online and require in-person assistance at Detran-RO. Among them are vehicles with direct factory billing, intended for specific categories such as taxis, rental companies, driving schools, rural producers, people with disabilities and larger vehicles. In these cases, the procedure must be completed in an agency unit.
