A judicial technician, who had also been denounced by the MPPB, was acquitted due to insufficient evidence. The victim is a mother of saint and was part of a process in the 2nd Mangabeira Family Court. She filed a lawsuit to regulate her ex-husband's visits to the couple's two children.

According to the victim, the servants said phrases like "macumbeira has arrived" and insinuated that she would lose custody of her children if she did not give up her religion. The woman reported having heard that she should not take her children to the yard, as the place would not be a "family environment". The MPPB reported that the victim reported other situations of racism. She was even barred from the Psychosocial Sector for wearing white and wearing a headband on her shaved head, typical attire of her religion. The Public Ministry became aware of the case this year. The complaint came from a letter sent by the Coordination of the Multidisciplinary Teams Support Center of the TJPB itself. Administrative conviction In addition to the criminal sphere, there was punishment in the administrative sphere. An investigation by the TJPB Internal Affairs Department, carried out at the request of the MPPB, imposed a warning sentence on the employees. The decision pointed out functional deviation incompatible with the public function and violation of duties. The body highlighted the prohibition of discriminatory attitudes in the workplace and in professional acts. As she was already on leave, the retired social worker did not suffer an administrative penalty. The General Inspector of Justice, Judge Leandro Santos, highlighted in the decision that the functional lack was proven. The psychosocial report prepared by the servers contained an express recommendation of a religious nature. Furthermore, derogatory and joking comments about the victim's religion were audio recorded and attached to the administrative file. Most watched videos from g1 Paraíba
