The names of the suspects were not released. According to police records, the victims were on a motorcycle. The woman, five months pregnant, was driving the vehicle when the driver of a car blocked the motorcycle's path by making an irregular maneuver. After an exchange of insults, the couple began to be persecuted. Before arriving home, the motorcycle passenger got into a physical fight with the car driver. The victim then ran into his own backyard. Witnesses reported to the Military Police that they heard three gunshots towards the residence's gate. Police officers located the suspect hiding in the house where he lived. During searches, authorized by his wife, the military found a .38 caliber revolver with five rounds of ammunition, as well as other ammunition of the same caliber in the couple's bedroom. The two suspects were arrested and taken to the police station. Despite the scare, the man and pregnant woman were not injured.
