However, properties located close to the affected pole must remain without power for safety reasons during the work", he explained. Also according to Energisa, when the damage is more serious and there is a need to replace one or more poles, the service can take between four and eight hours, depending on the location of the incident, access conditions and the amount of damaged equipment.
