Families with a gross monthly income of up to R$3,200 who meet the following requirements can participate: be registered in the Single Registry (CadÚnico) with updated data; not owning their own property; not having previously benefited from housing programs; not have housing financing with FGTS resources or equivalent conditions; not have received a similar housing benefit with Union resources in the last ten years; not have pending issues with the Federal Revenue or registration in the Informative Register of Unpaid Credits of the Federal Public Sector (Cadin); be at least 18 years old or emancipated; prove a housing deficit situation. The notice considers families who live in precarious housing, share their residence with another family unit, live in overcrowded properties, commit more than 30% of their income to rent, receive social rent or are homeless in a situation of housing deficit. What documents are needed? When registering, it will be necessary to attach documents from the holder and, if applicable, from the spouse or partner. These include: official identification document with photo; CPF; birth, marriage certificate or equivalent document; proof of updated registration with CadÚnico. During the analysis, proof of income for all working family members, proof of address, children's documents and medical reports may also be requested, when necessary to prove priority criteria. How will families be selected? Families will be classified according to the number of priority criteria met. In the event of a tie, the older candidate will have preference. What are the priority criteria? The notice provides priority for families headed by women, black people, elderly people, people with disabilities, families with children and adolescents, people with cancer or rare chronic and degenerative diseases, victims of domestic violence, indigenous peoples and quilombolas, residents of risk areas and people who lost financed property for involuntary reasons, among other criteria set out in the program. At least 50% of the housing units will be allocated to families who benefit from Bolsa Família, the Continuous Payment Benefit (BPC) or who have a person with microcephaly in their family. In addition, each development will reserve at least 3% of the units for the elderly, people with disabilities and homeless people or families who meet the specific requirements of the notice. After classification, a list of substitutes corresponding to 30% of the total available housing will be formed.
