Campinas opens notice for the installation of cafes and snack bars in cultural spaces; see how to compete

If approved, candidates must send to the agency a copy of their identification documents, proof of residence, in addition to a negative certificate of regular debts with the Municipal Treasury. For the approval of legal entities, the process is a little different. It is necessary to present documents that prove legal qualification, economic-financial regularity and Tax, Social and Labor regularity. The winners of the process will be those who offer the highest monthly concession fee for using the spaces. See below the minimum value accepted for each location: Teatro Castro Mendes — minimum value R$ 723.69 Observatory — minimum value R$ 320.83 MIS — minimum value R$ 508.99 City Museum (Casa de Vidro) — minimum value R$ 1,399.52 According to Setec, 50% of the amount raised will be allocated to the Cultural Assistance Fund of the Municipal Department of Culture and Tourism of Campinas, while the remainder will be allocated to the public coffers for use in the body's expenses. If any adaptation to the location is necessary for the installation of the establishment, the works will be the responsibility of the person or company that received the space and can only be carried out after authorization from the City Hall.
