The owners of the Dom Night Beer bar signed a conduct adjustment agreement (TAC) with the City Hall and resumed activities on Thursday (16) in Divinópolis. The establishment was closed after reports of disturbing the peace and lack of documentation. According to City Hall, the bar was authorized to resume activities on a provisional basis, exclusively as a restaurant and snack bar. Shows and live musical performances are prohibited, and only the use of ambient music is authorized. ? Only after proof of these adjustments and technical approval from City Hall will it be possible to request new authorization for this type of activity. Failure to comply with the clauses set out in the TAC may result in a daily fine of R$1,000 limited to R$100,000, in addition to the definitive revocation of the Location and Operating Permit, a new administrative ban on the establishment and the adoption of appropriate legal measures to execute the obligations assumed. Complaints According to City Hall, the establishment was the target of several tax actions, including notifications, fines and fines. Due to the recurrence of irregularities, new penalties have been applied over the last few months.
