AMMPLA reports changes to traffic in Petrolina this Sunday (12) Deivid Menezes The Municipal Mobility Authority of Petrolina (AMMPLA) set up a special traffic scheme for the 3rd International Agribusiness Rustic Race, which takes place this Sunday (12). The start is scheduled for 6:30 am, with departure and arrival at the headquarters of the company Seiva do Vale. The traffic operation will be carried out in partnership with the Federal Highway Police (PRF) and the 5th Military Police Battalion (5th BPM). On the 5 km route, the athletes will leave via BR-428, head to the Centenário roundabout, towards the new roundabout accessing the Loteamento Recife neighborhood, and return to the starting point. The 15 km route will start on BR-428, traveling to the Centenário roundabout. Afterwards, the runners will pass through Avenida Monsenhor Ângelo Sampaio, Rua Antônio Santana Filho, Praça Dom Malan, Avenida Guararapes, Rua Joaquim Nabuco and Avenida Cardoso de Sá. Afterwards, they will return to the Centenário roundabout and follow BR-428 to the finish line, in front of Seiva do Vale. During the race, there will be temporary closures on the roads that make up the routes. According to AMMPLA, the closures will be partial and gradual, with traffic being released after the athletes pass through each section. Traffic agents will be distributed at strategic points to guide drivers and pedestrians.
