Brazilian and international authorities will also be present, including representatives from the National Electric Energy Agency (Aneel), National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel), Ministry of Communications, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAF) and regulatory bodies from Colombia and the Dominican Republic. Ministers from Guyana and Suriname also participate. Representing academia and scientific production in the region, professors Nilton Pereira da Silva, from the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam); Rodrigo Augusto Ferreira de Souza, from the State University of Amazonas (UEA); bioeconomy researcher Maria Angélica de Almeida Correa; and territorial development specialist Jader Gama. The panels will be mediated by names such as Willamy Moreira Frota, director of Aneel; Edson Holanda; Paulo Luciano; and Márcio Lino, CEO of COLIN Consultoria and senior advisor at EllaLink Subsea Cables. The academy will also be represented by professors from the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam) and the State University of Amazonas (UEA), as well as researchers in bioeconomy and territorial development.
