ACIL promotes lecture on productivity at the Knowledge Breakfast

The Knowledge Breakfast promoted by the Women's Entrepreneurial Council of ACIL, Commercial and Industrial Association of Limeira, brought together businesspeople, managers and professionals this Thursday morning (30) for another edition focused on business development. With the theme "The Power of Productivity", the meeting was led by specialist Valdemir Bandini, who shared knowledge and practical tools to improve time management, increase efficiency and achieve results in the corporate environment. During the talk, Bandini presented a reflection on productivity from a strategic and human perspective, highlighting that being productive does not mean doing more tasks, but directing energy towards what really generates results. "The action in productivity is to focus, ignore things that take up time unnecessarily. If we want to do everything, resolve everything and every issue, we will pay the price with our mental health. We need to understand that we are limited and that there is no unlimited human being", highlighted the speaker. Throughout the presentation, participants learned about strategies to reduce time wastage, improve activity planning, strengthen team focus and create an organizational culture focused on sustainable results. Before the lecture, participants participated in a networking breakfast, providing a favorable environment for exchanging experiences, strengthening relationships and generating new business opportunities between entrepreneurs from different segments. At the end of the meeting, the program included the traditional Business Pitch, a dedicated space for new ACIL members and the entity's advisors to present their companies, products and services to the participants. The initiative strengthens networking, increases the visibility of new members of the association and encourages the generation of commercial opportunities among those present. The Knowledge Breakfast is always held on the last Thursday of each month and is part of ACIL's training calendar. The initiative aims to offer relevant content to entrepreneurs, promoting professional development, exchange of experiences and strategic connections that contribute to strengthening the business environment in Limeira and the region.
