Bruno Gagliasso complains about a McDonald's unit closed early in a video published in stories. Understand. Social Media Actor Bruno Gagliasso was involved in a controversy on social media after publishing a video complaining that a McDonald's unit had closed ten minutes before the time informed to the public. The publication generated a wave of criticism, and the actor acknowledged, days later, that the reaction was impulsive. Understand how it all happened: 'Hello Mc Donald's' In a story published on Instagram on Tuesday night (4), Bruno filmed the closed door of a fast food chain unit located in the Petrópolis mountains, in Rio de Janeiro. He said he arrived at the location around 10:50 pm — ten minutes before the closing time reported by the network. "McDonald's saying it's until 11pm, but it actually closes at 10:50pm. They decided to close earlier," said the actor in the video, which was accompanied by a gif of a person making a disapproving sign with their fingers. In the publication's caption, he added: "They said it was an order from above! Hello, McDonald's."

Followers criticized the employees' exposure

The post quickly had repercussions and divided opinions. Some of the followers criticized the way Bruno exposed the situation, arguing that the public complaint could harm the unit's employees. "He could have simply taken away the jobs of people who stand around all day. Going there and simply posting was very petty of him, it was completely unwise," wrote one internet user. "He must have forgotten that the employees need to close the till and clean the establishment for the next day. He had to be rich!", said another. Actor recognizes mistake After the repercussion, Bruno Gagliasso commented on the episode to Folha de S.Paulo, and said he regretted his reaction. The actor also stated that the experience served as a learning experience and that he could have handled the situation differently, without turning a personal frustration into a post on social media. "The lesson is: if I want a Big Mac, I'll get there early," he declared. Bruno Gagliasso acknowledged having been "impulsive" after controversy with McDonald's Social Networks
