In the first round scenario, the former judge leads with 39% of intentions, followed by Requião Filho, with 18%. Rafael Greca (MDB) registers 12%, while Sandro Alex (PSD), candidate of the current governor of Paraná, Ratinho Jr. (PSD), scores with 7% of intentions. Luiz França (Mission) and Tony Garcia (DC) each have 1%.
Blank or null votes total 7%. Another 15% are undecided.
The margin of error is 3 percentage points, plus or minus. The research carried out 1,104 interviews with voters in Paraná aged 16 or over from the 21st to the 25th of July, with face-to-face home interviews. The survey was registered with the Electoral Court under code PR-04818/2026.
In the previous Quaest survey, in April, Moro had 35% of voting intentions in the first round scenario, compared to 18% for Requião Filho and 5% for Sandro Alex.
Moro also leads the other second round scenarios. Against Rafael Greca, he registers 47% of intentions, against 25%. In a possible second round with Sandro Alex, Moro gets 50%, against 18%.
The former Lava Jato judge left União Brasil in March and formed an alliance with senator Flávio Bolsonaro (PL-RJ), a pre-candidate for president. In May, he launched his pre-candidacy at an event with Flávio and praised the work of Jair Bolsonaro's (PL) son with the Donald Trump government to include PCC and Comando Vermelho on the list of terrorist organizations.
Ratinho Junior nominated Sandro Alex in April. The candidate was Secretary of Infrastructure and Logistics during Ratinho’s administration. The current governor was tipped to run for president of the Republic, but backed down and cited the need to prioritize the state dispute as a reason.
ASSESSMENT OF THE RATINHO GOVERNMENT
The survey also heard from voters about the evaluation of the Ratinho Junior (PSD) government. Among those interviewed, 6% consider the management to be negative, 24% evaluate it as regular, and 68% as positive.
SENATE
Former governor Alvaro Dias (MDB) has 20% in the scenario of voting intentions for the Senate, according to Quaest. Deltan Dallagnol (Novo) has 10%, the same percentage as Gleisi Hoffmann (PT) and Alexandre Curi (Republicans).
Filipe Barros (PL) appears with 8%, and Cristina Graeml (PSD) and dr. Rosinha (PT), both with 4% each. Luiz Carlos Hauly (Podemos) registers 1%.
In April, Alvaro Dias had 16%, and Deltan Dallagnol 13%. Barros, Curi and Gleisi each had 10%.
