The victim was running on a treadmill and recording his own training when the suspect, identified as Pedro Henrique, appears in the background committing the act. According to the information, the woman only realized what had happened after reviewing the video.
The case was taken to the police and registered at the Special Police Station for Women's Assistance (Deam) in Feira de Santana. The condominium manager informed that the suspect is a resident of the area and that the complaint has been formalized.
According to the delegate responsible for the case, the victim has already been interviewed and received assistance from the police unit. Investigators are now trying to locate the suspect to continue the investigation.
Sexual harassment is a crime provided for in the Penal Code and occurs when someone performs a lewd act against another person, without consent, with the aim of satisfying their own lust or that of a third party.
