According to investigations, after becoming a defendant, the person being investigated began monitoring the routine of the delegate responsible for the investigations that resulted in his indictment.
The man also monitored the routine of the police chief's wife, his son and other family members with the purpose of intimidating the police authority and interfering in the criminal action he is facing in court.
An arrest warrant and two search and seizure warrants were authorized in Cuiabá. The suspect was not located and is on the run. The court orders were issued by the 7th Criminal Court of the Capital District. The entire action was initiated by civil police officers from the Organized Crime Combat Management (GCCO) and the Specialized Police Station for the Repression of Organized Crime (Draco).
The name of the operation, “Autoritas”, refers to the legitimate authority of the State, represented by public agents in the exercise of their functions.
