In posts on social media this Saturday (4), the influencer said that she had been receiving alerts from local authorities. The warnings announced the risk of tornadoes, falling trees and power outages, as well as possible difficulties for emergency services. According to her, communications increased before a storm hit the region in the early evening of the previous day.
"I was getting out of the shower when my cell phone started beeping. I started receiving several messages from the government here telling me to be careful because there was a risk of a tornado," he reported.
Carol stated that the wind quickly gained strength and that the house's power was interrupted almost immediately. "I said: 'Oh my God, what's happening?"
During the storm, the couple's four children were in a shopping mall in a neighboring city accompanied by their aunt, Ana Cabrino. The influencer said she spent more than 12 hours without power and had to leave the house to have coffee with the children. She also said that she hopes that the weather will be stable at the time of Brazil's departure.
Carol Cabrino and Marquinhos have been together for more than ten years and are parents to Maria Eduarda, Enrico, Martina and Filippo. The defender is the captain of the Brazilian team, which faces Norway this Sunday (5) for a place in the quarterfinals of the World Cup.
