"Everything is clearer. The awareness of what I was doing with my life sometimes tightens, but it is necessary. I had lost control of my life. The only person I didn't see was myself. I am still grateful, for every stone along the way, no matter how hard and humiliating these experiences were. Only in this way was I able to understand the severity of my disorder. I am an addict, a sufferer of substance use disorder, which is incurable and kills by humiliating", declared the famous person.
"That's why I need to be in a continuous recovery process. Today I have this awareness. I'm here recovering my mental, physical and spiritual health. Improving every day! I appreciate the affection of everyone who is positively vibrating for my recovery, especially my family: my father, Carol, my aunts and cousins, as well as everyone I know who is in this family chain", pointed out the star.
"Thank you to the professionals who have been extraordinary in their treatment, affection and welcome here. I couldn't be in better hands. I'm sure that in a few weeks I'll be back to my routine, but sober and aware of everything I should and shouldn't do so that I can continue much more firmly, within my purpose. Thank you and see you soon", concluded Cardoso.
The publication was written on the 33rd day of hospitalization. Previously, Rafael stated that he will be hospitalized for as long as necessary.
