Unesp expands vacancies for medicine in the 2027 entrance exam

Despite the general reduction, the number of places in medicine - the institution's most popular course - increased from 72 to 85. Considering all forms of entry, such as Enem and Provão Paulista, the offer increases from 90 to 105 places. The degree is offered in Botucatu, in the interior of the state.

The first phase is scheduled for November 22nd. Registration can be made from September 4th to October 8th, via the Vunesp Foundation website. The second stage will be applied on December 13th and 14th, and the final result will be released on January 29th, 2027.

Initially, the first phase was scheduled for November 1st, and the second for December 6th and 7th, but the calendar was changed after the publication of the Enem 2026 dates, which generated conflict with the entrance exams at São Paulo state universities.

With the new calendar, Unesp will apply the first phase two weeks before Fuvest and around a month after the first phase of Unicamp.

The first phase test will consist of multiple choice questions. The second stage will include discursive questions and writing.

The entrance exam brings together courses spread across 24 cities: Araçatuba, Araraquara, Assis, Bauru, Botucatu, Dracena, Franca, Guaratinguetá, Ilha Solteira, Itapeva, Jaboticabal, Marília, Ourinhos, Presidente Prudente, Registro, Rio Claro, Rosana, São João da Boa Vista, São José do Rio Preto, São José dos Campos, São Paulo, São Vicente, Sorocaba and Tupã.*UNESP 2027 ENTRANCE CALENDAR
