"It was a dream to truly experience a World Cup, a unique moment in my life and one that will be remembered forever. Every boy dreams of competing one day and for me to achieve this was a very memorable moment for me, for my family and for the country as well, especially in the way we behaved within the championship. We did very well and at no point did we let ourselves down or let ourselves fall, so it was a great learning experience and a unique experience", said Maurício, in an interview with TV Palmeiras.
After muscle activation, the squad went to the field for training aimed at building plays. The activity worked on passing lines, movement and finishing with the help of stakes and inflatable dolls.
In the final part, the technical committee led technical work on a reduced field, with teams of 11 against 11.
Vitor Roque trained full-time with the squad this Monday. Palmeiras is working with the possibility of the attacker being available for the game against Coritiba, on the 22nd.
