In SportLife magazine, nutritionist Nataniel Viuniski shared some habits that are worth adopting if you want to lose weight and, above all, avoid gaining weight again, something that is possible and happens frequently.

How to lose weight without gaining weight again1. Start meals with raw foods

“Eat slowly, as it is for about 16 minutes that satiety hormones are released. This way, you will also eat less at the next meal.”

"Spinach is a low-calorie, nutrient-rich food. It is an excellent source of fiber, which promotes satiety and aids digestion. Both are important factors in weight control," explains Lauren Manaker.
