Sula Ximenes spent just over 30 days on her return to the presidency of Deracre Clemerson Ribeiro/Secom Public manager Sula Ximenes asked, once again, to be removed from the presidency of the Department of Highways, Waterway and Airport Infrastructure of Acre (Deracre), just over a month after returning to office. In the request, she criticized the state government. (Understand more below) The information was confirmed by the municipality this Tuesday (30), and has not yet been published in the Official State Gazette (DOE). There is no confirmation of a replacement yet. ? Join the g1 AC channel on WhatsApp Her departure comes almost a month after the collapse of the Frei Paolino Baldassari Bridge, in Sena Madureira, in the interior of Acre, which left four people injured. The accident is investigated by the Civil Police and the Public Ministry of Acre (MP-AC). Sula had left the presidency of the body on April 1st of this year, after more than two years in command of Deracre, to be a pre-candidate for the position of state deputy. She put aside the political plan and returned on May 26th of this year. The first woman to preside over the department, she began, at the time, to occupy a commissioned role in the state government's Special Management and Advisory Group. The government informed g1 that it will not comment on the departure or the criticism made by Sula. Deracre and the responsible construction company carried out a technical inspection after the collapse. The then administrative and financial director of Deracre, Roberto Assaf de Oliveira, who had assumed the presidency of the organization when Sula first left, also asked for his resignation. "I am grateful to Governor Gladson Camelí for the trust he has always placed in me and to Senator Márcio Bittar for his support and encouragement throughout this journey. It was this trust that allowed me to grow within the government, assume great responsibilities and live the greatest experience of my public life at the head of Deracre, becoming the first woman to preside over the authority in more than 60 years", she highlighted. (See the full note below) Allegation of non-compliance with agreements g1 had access to the document in which Sula requested the dismissal from the position of president of Deracre. She claims that she only returned to her role at an alleged request from Mailza, under the condition of administrative, budgetary and operational guarantees. The premises, according to the request, were not met. In the text, Sula summarizes his return to the position he had left "institutional loyalty". "After returning, however, it was found that previously assumed commitments were not maintained, and that the working conditions necessary for the adequate performance of Deracre's activities were not ensured, a circumstance that has compromised the conduct of actions under the responsibility of this presidency," he said. The political context was also addressed, as it was crucial for the manager's first departure. She states that she had put aside her plans to run for the Legislative Assembly of Acre (Aleac) or even form a slate as a substitute for the Senate following the governor's request. In this excerpt, the former president of the body makes new negative comments about the state executive, but also argues that the electoral scenario has undergone "relevant changes". "It is also noted that the political-administrative scenario that justified his return to office has undergone relevant changes, with the same institutional conditions that underpinned the decision to resume Deracre's presidency no longer present, giving rise to the feeling that the government of the State of Acre is no longer the same", he assessed. Note from Sula Ximenes When looking at everything I've experienced over the years, the feeling I have is gratitude. I am grateful to Governor Gladson Camelí for the trust he has always placed in me and to Senator Márcio Bittar for his support and encouragement throughout this journey. It was this trust that allowed me to grow within the government, assume great responsibilities and live the greatest experience of my public life at the head of Deracre, becoming the first woman to preside over the authority in more than 60 years. I joined Deracre in 2013 and, along the way, I had the opportunity to learn, grow and take on different roles until I became president. Alongside a committed team, I contributed to the development of more than 30 infrastructure projects that guaranteed important investments for Acre. During this period, we had the joy of delivering 17 important works in different regions of the state. I was also honored with 25 honors granted by public, civil and military institutions, recognitions that I share with all the employees, partners and collaborators who walked alongside us. I also thank Governor Mailza Assis for the institutional respect and for the opportunity to continue the work developed. My gratitude extends to Deracre's employees, partners, mayors, parliamentarians and everyone who contributed to so many works and actions reaching the population of Acre. No result is built alone. I leave with the certainty that I gave my best to each mission I received. I worked with dedication, loyalty and responsibility, always seeking to honor the trust given to me and serve the people of Acre in the best way possible. I thank God for supporting my steps through each challenge and for giving me the strength to move forward. To everyone who was part of this journey, thank you very much.
