Anyone who has ever entered a gourmet market during a trip knows that some places make you want to stay. Not just for the shopping, but for the experience. The corridors reveal aged cheeses, artisanal sausages, carefully selected wines, freshly ground coffees, fresh flowers, bakeries with their own production and restaurants where it is worth taking a break before continuing the tour. The supermarket stops being a routine commitment and becomes a space where gastronomy, convenience and well-being coexist naturally. This way of consuming, previously associated with large capitals and international destinations, is also gaining ground in Brazilian cities. More than looking for exclusive products, an increasingly demanding public began to value something that has become rare: finding quality, specialized service and complete gastronomic experiences without having to visit different addresses. Time has become one of the greatest privileges For a long time, putting together a gastronomic experience meant visiting several places: an emporium to choose cheeses, a wine cellar to find the ideal wine, a specialized café to buy quality grains, a store for artisanal pasta and another for imported ingredients. Today, consumers who value gastronomy and good food are looking for spaces capable of bringing all of this together in a single destination, without compromising on curation. The experience is no longer just about the product and starts to involve service, knowledge, environment and selection. It's a change that comes with a new understanding of quality of life: having more time to enjoy the city, welcome friends, cook or simply choose good products with peace of mind. An address designed for those who value good gastronomy This proposal inspires the Conceito Ítalo Barigui Supermarket, which will open in Curitiba on August 12th, Wednesday, at 8 am. The venture was designed to bring together brands and experiences that speak to consumers who are passionate about gastronomy. Among them is the Ítalo Gourmet Restaurant, which offers a buffet at lunch and, in the evening, freshly prepared natural fermentation pizzas. The gastronomic curation brings together names recognized by those who appreciate quality. Taisho brings its tradition in Japanese cuisine to the space, while special coffees from Distinto, Lucca and Moka Club can be purchased freshly ground, preserving the aromas and characteristics of each bean. The selection also includes artisanal pasta from L'Artigiana and products from Empório Rosmarino, confectionery from Délices de Sucre, seasonings from Cipria, fish from Trapiche, as well as an area dedicated to imported products and a flower shop with personalized service. The experience continues in the ham shop, where cheeses and cold cuts are sliced ??to order, and in the specialized butcher's shop, which offers meats with Dry Aged maturation, a technique recognized for intensifying the flavor, tenderness and complexity of the meat. Ítalo Barigui's butcher shop offers dry aged cuts of meat, made to order. Disclosure/Magnific. Exclusivity also means taking care of different lifestyles. The concept of sophistication also involves the ability to meet different needs. Therefore, the venture will feature the first bakery fully dedicated to the production of gluten-free foods within a supermarket in Curitiba, installed in an independent structure and equipped to eliminate the risk of cross-contamination. The initiative integrates a broad area focused on healthiness, with natural, functional products and supplements, reinforcing that quality also means offering choices for different consumer profiles. Another difference is Concierge Ítalo, a free service in which a consultant accompanies customers during purchases, helping to choose products and pairings according to each occasion. A new way of experiencing the supermarket Located at Rua Professor Pedro Viriato Parigot de Souza, 565, in the Barigui region, the project received an investment of R$50 million, occupies a plot of 17 thousand square meters, has 8.3 thousand square meters of built area and should generate approximately 300 direct jobs. The architectural project, designed by Guilherme Bez, was developed to integrate retail, gastronomy, services and coexistence in a single environment. This proposal summarizes the five pillars that guide Supermercado Conceito Ítalo Barigui: quality, curation, practicality, healthiness and proximity. Italo Barigui. Close to home, away from the beaten path.
