The vehicle was recovered during a joint action by the Municipal Public Order Secretariat and the Municipal Civil Guard, which used images from security cameras from the Escudo Program. The case was registered at the city's 139th Police Station. According to the Municipal Public Order Secretariat, the theft occurred on the 9th, on Rua Alberto Calvet, known as Rua do Buraco, in the city center. After receiving the complaint, the teams began searching and, with the help of the Escudo Program cameras, identified the suspect. Images show the teenager on her cell phone with her bicycle on the streets, according to the Secretariat. The agents went to the young woman's house.
