Facade Court of Auditors of Rondônia (TCE-RO) TCE-RO/Disclosure The Court of Auditors of the State of Rondônia (TCE-RO) judged the public tender notice of the Rolim de Moura Foundation for Culture and Youth (RO) to be illegal. The decision was published in the Official Gazette last Wednesday (29). The competition was organized by the Brazilian Institute of Executive Support and Development (Ibade) and offers six immediate vacancies, in addition to reserve registration, for mid- and higher-level positions. Salaries reach R$3,129. According to the TCE-RO, the notice presented flaws in the organization of the competition. The main one was the lack of proof that the vacancies offered actually existed. Furthermore, the municipality did not send the notice to the court for analysis within the deadline set by law. See:
