The woman and a man, identified as Rafael Pereira Feeitas, abandoned the vehicle on K Street, in the Alvorada 2 neighborhood. In the vehicle, the police found five drug tablets. The images show a black pickup truck parked next to a gray car, close to a football field, when a second black car approaches. A person appears to remove an object from the pickup and place it in the gray car. Another car, white, arrives at the scene. According to the police, it is an unmarked vehicle where Luciano was. Then the exchange of fire begins. In the video, a man in a yellow shirt falls to the ground. Police said he is a suspect who was injured and arrested. His health status was not disclosed. After the attack, Luciano was taken to the Alvorada Emergency Care Service (SPA) alive, but he did not survive his injuries. According to the PC, Luciano was assigned to the Narcotics Investigation Department (Denarc), where he had worked as an investigator since 2011. He was accompanying other civil police officers during an operation against drug trafficking. All vehicles involved in the incident underwent forensic examination. Nine millimeter pistol shells were collected. The case remains under investigation.
