The man was arrested after the Civil Police shared information about the case investigation. According to the corporation, among the data passed on were the characteristics of a Yamaha Crypton motorcycle that would have been used in the action, in addition to the clothes and helmet worn by the suspect. Municipal guards found the motorcycle parked in front of a house, contacted the owner of the vehicle and called the Civil Police. The man was taken to the 10th Police District and ordered arrested by the police. The Municipal Guard reported that they seized the motorcycle, a gallon of gasoline, a pair of boots, a pair of gloves, a balaclava and a cell phone.
