According to the police, the suspect faces ten counts of embezzlement. Even after signing judicial and extrajudicial agreements with the victims, he did not make payments or comply with established orders. After being arrested, the man was sent to the Maranhão Penitentiary System, where he will remain at the disposal of the Justice Department. The Civil Police continues to investigate the case.
