The municipality leads the list of amounts allocated by the alleged scheme, with R$26,835,199. The total corresponds to two transfers made on June 26, 2024: one for R$15,802,140 and the other for R$11,033,059. Mogi das Cruzes is listed as the beneficiary of an amendment worth R$3 million, committed and paid on November 10, 2025. According to the Federal Police, Valdemar Costa Neto used his influence to direct resources, mainly to municipalities in São Paulo, where his political base is concentrated. The investigations indicate that, even without exercising a parliamentary mandate, Valdemar clandestinely influenced the direction of the amendments. According to the PF, he counted on the work of employees of the Chamber of Deputies to allocate public resources according to his interests.
