Students, families and educators participated in the National Open Schools Day promoted by the Sesc Education Network in Rio Branco. Danto Freitas The Sesc Education Network in Acre held, on June 13th, National Open Door Schools Day, an initiative promoted simultaneously in all Sesc educational units in the country as part of the celebrations for the institution's 80 years of operation in Brazil. In Rio Branco, the program took place at the Sesc Bosque Gymnasium and brought together students, families, educators and community members in a morning dedicated to learning, integration and strengthening links between school and society. The main objective of the action was to bring families, students and educators together, in addition to presenting to the public the pedagogical activities developed by the Sesc Education Network throughout the school year. The initiative also sought to increase the participation of the school community in building an increasingly welcoming and participatory educational environment.
