First, candidates pre-register at the unit where they wish to take the course. After selection, with analysis of the documentation, those approved enroll in the chosen training. To be eligible for a place, the student must prove a monthly family income of up to two minimum wages per capita. Workers in the commerce and services sectors and students who are studying or have already completed basic education. The first consists of analyzing the documents. In the second, classification, evaluators give a score to each candidate to organize the queue and give priority to those who need it most.
