The decision was taken during a convention held this Tuesday (21) at the Legislative Assembly, in Florianópolis. Afrânio, 66 years old, has been a councilor in the capital since 2013, an economist by training and a university professor. He was deputy mayor in the period 1993-1996 and state deputy between 2001 and 2006.
