The University for All Program is a Federal Government initiative that offers full scholarships, which cover 100% of the monthly fee, and partial scholarships, with a 50% discount on the course fee, at private higher education institutions. Of the total scholarships available for Maranhão, 4,269 are full and cover the full amount of tuition fees, while 5,400 are partial, covering half the cost of the course. Anyone who participated in the National High School Exam (Enem) in 2024 or 2025 and obtained a minimum average of 450 points in the areas of knowledge and a grade above zero in the essay can apply. Who can register In addition to having taken the Enem in 2024 or 2025, having obtained an average of at least 450 points in the areas of knowledge and a grade above zero in the essay, the candidate must meet at least one of the points below: Have completed high school in a public school; Have completed high school at a private school with a full scholarship; Have attended high school partially at a public school and partially at a private institution, as a full scholarship holder; Have attended high school partially at a public school and partially at a private institution with a partial scholarship or without the status of a scholarship holder; or Have completed high school at a private school with a partial scholarship from the respective institution or without the status of a scholarship holder; Be a person with a disability, as provided for in legislation; or Be a teacher in the public education network, exclusively for teaching and pedagogy courses, aimed at training basic education teachers. ? How it works The candidate must indicate, in order of preference, up to two course options (selecting the educational institution and shift). Then, you need to select whether you want to participate in the broad competition or quota mode. Finally, you need to monitor the partial grade for those courses every day. If you want, you can change your choices (the last option selected during the registration period will be valid). If the candidate is within the cut-off score and obtains one of the vacancies at the end of the registration period, he or she will be listed as pre-selected. ?
