Judge Alexandre Miguel Disclosure/TJ-RO The president of the Court of Justice of Rondônia, judge Alexandre Miguel, took over the state government on an interim basis this Friday (4). He will remain in office until July 15th, during which time Governor Marcos Rocha will be on an official trip to China. With the change, the vice-president of the Court of Justice, judge Francisco Borges, will be temporarily responsible for the presidency of the Court. The replacement is provided for in the Constitution of Rondônia. The president of the Judiciary assumes command of the Executive when the vice-governor and the president of the Legislative Assembly, who are part of the line of succession, cannot hold the position or are outside the state.
