Civil Police operation carried out warrants in RN and PB against extermination group The Civil Police launched an operation this Friday morning (10) against an extermination group operating in Rio Grande do Norte and Paraíba. According to the investigation, the group is suspected of being involved in more than 30 homicides in the last three years. The suspects' names were not released. Operation against extermination groups in RN and PB Disclosure/Civil Police In total, the police carried out 15 search and seizure warrants and four precautionary electronic monitoring measures. According to the RN Civil Police, two targets were not located. The operation took place in four municipalities in RN and two in PB. The police reported that they seized cell phones, camouflage clothing, notes, ammunition and a portion of a substance "with characteristics compatible with narcotics", which will be submitted for forensic examination. The criminals' activities, according to the police, occurred in the Agreste region of Rio Grande do Norte, in addition to the municipalities of Paraíba. The operation, called the Hades Triad, had the support of the Criminal Police of RN, the Integrated Air Operations Center of the Military Police of RN, the Police Station for the Repression of Organized Crime of PB and the Criminal Police of PB.
