PL launched Éder Mauro as candidate for senator for Pará Carlos Rodrigues / TV Liberal The Liberal Party (PL) confirmed, this Tuesday morning (4), Éder Mauro's candidacy for the senate for Pará. The decision was made official during a convention held at the party's headquarters, in Belém. The candidate has not yet defined the names that will occupy the first and second substitutes. At the event, the party also officially supported the candidacy of Daniel Santos (Podemos) for the government of Pará and informed that the candidate for vice-governor must be from the PL. The name, however, is yet to be defined. The party will not have a coalition for the other senate seat. ? Éder Mauro's trajectory PL held a convention in Belém this Tuesday, August 4th Taymã Carneiro/g1 Éder Mauro is from Pará, married, Civil Police delegate for over 30 years and federal deputy for the Liberal Party (PL), currently in his third term. Born in Belém, he graduated in law and passed the competitions for federal delegate and prosecutor. Elected federal deputy in 2014, he was re-elected in 2018 and 2022. In the Chamber of Deputies, he works in the areas of public safety, health, education, infrastructure and development in Pará. He is the author and rapporteur of projects aimed at combating drugs, strengthening security, protecting property, supporting entrepreneurship and defending conservative agendas.
