The new wording clarifies that projects that use literature as an artistic language can be registered, such as literary festivals, reading clubs, literary dissemination actions, storytelling and similar initiatives. Another correction clarifies that interested parties can register for all available notices. However, if they are covered by more than one, they must choose only one notice within each public policy to receive the resources. There were also changes to the requirements to compete. Individuals over the age of 18, residing in Palmas, collectives without legal personality, represented by individuals and legal entities, with or without profit, based in the capital for at least two years, can register. The Cultures and Languages ??notice provides that the projects covered must be executed within 24 months, with no possibility of extension, except in the cases provided for by law. During execution and until the rendering of accounts, the proponent will be prevented from participating in new notices from the Fundação Cultural de Palmas.
