Who can request exemption The exemption request must also be submitted between July 31st and October 5th. The following may apply for the benefit: unemployed people who meet the income and documentation rules set out in the notice; blood donors who have made at least three donations at Hemomar within a year; bone marrow donors registered with Redome; voters who have worked for the Maranhão Electoral Court in at least one election; citizens who have served as jurors in at least two sessions of the Jury Court in Maranhão; donors who have made at least three breast milk donations in the 12 months prior to the publication of the notice; members of low-income families registered in the Single Registry, upon indication from the NIS and declaration of hyposufficiency. Documents must be sent through the registration system. The grant is not automatic and will depend on Cebraspe's analysis. Medical-Legal Expert Agent – ??Generalist: degree in healthcare. Coroner – Doctor: Medicine. Coroner – Psychiatrist: Medicine, with medical residency or postgraduate degree in Psychiatry. Coroner – Radiologist: Medicine, with medical residency or postgraduate degree in Radiology. Forensic Dentist – Dentist: Dentistry. Criminal Expert – Systems and Computing: Systems Analysis, Systems Engineering or Computer Science. Criminal Expert – Architect: Architecture. Criminal Expert – Social Worker: Social Service. Criminal Expert – Biologist: Biological Sciences. Criminal Expert – Accountant, Economist or Mathematician: Accounting Sciences, Economic Sciences or Mathematics. Criminal Expert – Environmental Area: Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sanitary Engineering or Forestry Engineering. Criminal Expert – Civil Engineer: Civil Engineering. The candidate must also be at least 18 years old on the date of inauguration, be up to date with electoral obligations and, in the case of men, with military obligations, in addition to being physically and mentally fit for the position. Reservation of vacancies The notice reserves 10% of vacancies for people with disabilities and 20% for black, black or brown candidates. Candidates with disabilities must inform this condition on the form and send a medical report or characterizing report. As a rule, the document must have been issued within 36 months prior to the last day of registration. The deadline does not apply to permanent disabilities and people with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as long as the documentation meets the requirements of the notice. Black candidates will undergo an in-person hetero-identification procedure, which will consider phenotypic characteristics. The biopsychosocial assessment of people with disabilities and hetero-identification will be carried out in São Luís. The tests The objective and discursive tests will be administered together, on January 10, 2027, in the afternoon, with a total duration of five hours. The objective test will have 80 multiple choice questions, divided into: 30 general knowledge questions; 50 specific knowledge questions. The discursive test will be worth 20 points and will consist of an essay of up to 30 lines on a topic related to general knowledge. To be approved, the candidate must achieve at least 10 points. Among the general contents are Portuguese Language, logical and scientific reasoning, computer science, notions of Law, History and Geography of Maranhão. Specific knowledge varies according to each position. The objective and discursive tests will be held in: Balsas, Barra do Corda, Caxias, Colinas, Imperatriz, Pinheiro and São Luís. The medical examination, psychological assessment, biopsychosocial assessment, hetero-identification and the professional training course will only be carried out in São Luís.
