The Municipal Secretariat of Urban Mobility of Bragança Paulista now has a new headquarters, located at Rua Dr. Tosta, nº 79, in the Center. The space was designed to concentrate, at a single address, the sectors responsible for planning, traffic engineering, inspection, monitoring, traffic education and citizen service. The new structure represents an advance in the management of urban mobility by bringing together technical teams, expanding planning capacity and offering better conditions for the development of public policies focused on traffic and transport. Monitoring Room monitors traffic in real time One of the main differences of the new headquarters is the implementation of the Monitoring Room, responsible for monitoring in real time the operation of public transport, the Traffic Light Center, the rotating parking system (Blue Zone) and the electronic monitoring of the city's main intersections. The integration of systems allows for faster responses to incidents, improves monitoring of traffic conditions and increases operational efficiency, contributing to greater safety for drivers, pedestrians and public transport users. Modern structure strengthens urban mobility In addition to larger and more functional administrative environments, the building received a complete renovation, including modernization of electrical, hydraulic and data communication installations, implementation of accessibility, new lighting systems, security equipment, reception, service areas, changing rooms, adapted toilets, pantry and spaces for technical teams. The new headquarters also brings together in a single location the sectors of road planning, traffic engineering, signaling, public transport, inspection and development of projects for urban mobility, making internal processes more agile and integrated. The work was carried out as an urban counterpart linked to the Teriva Innovare I and Teriva Innovare II projects, with no direct costs to the municipal budget. Public service Public service is provided from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm, at Rua Dr. Tosta, nº 79, in the Center. At the new address, the population will find various services related to traffic and urban mobility, including: · assistance and appeals for traffic fines; · issuance of duplicate notifications; · driver indication and defense protocols; · request to convert a fine into a warning; · issuance of credentials for the elderly and people with disabilities (PWD); · issuance of the Resident Card; · registration of heavy trucks; · permits for taxis and school transport; · CONDUAPP service for app drivers; · release of seized vehicles. Location facilitates access to services Installed in a central region and served by several public transport lines, the new headquarters offers more convenience to residents who use the services of the Municipal Department of Urban Mobility. With the centralization of sectors and the modernization of the structure, Bragança Paulista expands its capacity for planning, inspection and monitoring of traffic, strengthening the efficiency of public services and providing more agile and qualified service to the population.
