The case would be exposing patients and causing "situations of serious embarrassment, prejudice and social discrimination within their communities". According to the MPTO, the Special Indigenous Health District of Tocantins reported that the municipalities are served by the base hub of São Félix do Araguaia, which is part of the Special Indigenous Health District Araguaia (DSEI Araguaia), based in São Félix do Araguaia (MT). In the document, DSEI Araguaia was asked to present the following information: Who are the health professionals or collaborators linked to the São Félix do Araguaia Base Center responsible for sending messages in the groups; What are the technical justifications for using this collective means of communication to disseminate health travel flows and exam guidelines; What information security measures are being implemented to protect medical confidentiality; If there is an official individualized communication channel for physical appointments with patients, avoiding public exposure in collective virtual environments.
