Mongaguá, Guarujá and Bertioga had the worst results, while Cubatão, Itanhaém and Peruíbe recorded the main drops, according to data from Infosiga, a platform run by the São Paulo State Traffic Department (Detran-SP). The deaths occurred on both roads and urban roads in the nine cities. Motorcyclists led the statistics, with 66 records (an increase of 17.9%), followed by pedestrians, with 38 deaths (2.7%) and car occupants, with 13 deaths (18.2%). Deaths involving cyclists fell 22.2%, with 21 records. ? Guarujá went from 15 to 25 deaths (an increase of 66.7%), while Bertioga doubled its records, going from four to eight deaths (an increase of 100%).

In the opposite direction, Itanhaém, Peruíbe and Cubatão recorded the main reductions in the semester.
