Woman is arrested accused of ordering the death of a server in Abatiá The investigation that investigated the 41-year-old woman who tried to order the murder of an employee at a Casa Lar in Abatiá, in the North of Paraná, was completed this Tuesday (14). According to delegate Luis Guilherme Almeida, she was indicted for the crimes of attempted qualified murder and threat. She has been in prison since July 10th. According to the delegate, she and her husband are also being investigated in another procedure on suspicion of having threatened at least three other employees at the shelter. According to the Civil Police, the woman planned to kill the employee because she blamed the victim for losing custody of her three children. Her 16-year-old son - who is in a foster home - heard about her intention to kill the woman while visiting his parents, alerted the employee and reported it. The police investigation found prints showing the mother talking to an intermediary. In the conversation, she says that she would like to "erase an unfortunate person from the map". During one of his visits, he heard that his mother was ordering the murder of one of Casa Lar's employees. Upon learning this, the boy saw the cell phone and found the conversation between his mother and the intermediary. In the exchange of messages, the suspect explains where the employee leaves the car and also negotiates the date for the payment of R$3,000 for the crime: "Let's leave it for the seventh, that's the day I get paid", she wrote. Investigation found an intermediary When the teenager and the employee went to the Civil Police to make a report, the messages had been deleted from the suspect's cell phone. Despite the lack of evidence, the investigation managed to identify the intermediary, who provided prints of the conversation. "The intermediary was very collaborative. [...] According to him, he was trying to see how far the person being investigated would go, if she would really pay. And so, according to him, he would then take this information to the Civil Police", the delegate said. The person who was talking to the woman was not arrested. Based on her information, the police were able to investigate the crime and request the mother's arrest. Cerqueira informed that the investigation is in the final phase. The mother must answer for attempted qualified homicide due to the promise of a reward and a base motive. It will then be forwarded to the Public Ministry of Paraná.
